There wasn’t room in the headline, but we’re talking about First Lady Michelle Obama and Dr. Jill Biden. They visited Sesame Street to record PSAs supporting military families.
The new PSAs are part of the as part of the White House’s “Joining Forces” initiative and Sesame Street’s military families project asking all Americans to support our military families.
Sesame Street’s, Talk, Listen, Connect initiative supports difficult transitions in military families, based on the belief that when a family member is deployed the entire family is affected. “Building community awareness to the general public can only help support our military families” said the producers of the popular children’s program.
