Nexstar Media Group’s Nexstar Broadcasting has priced its previously announced offering of $665 million in aggregate principal amount of 5.625% Senior Notes due 2027.
The notes will be issued as additional notes under the indenture, dated as of July 3, pursuant to which Nexstar previously issued $1.12 billion aggregate principal amount of the notes.
