Sima Birach now has the keys to KOLE-AM Port Arthur, TX as Birach Broadcast Corporation closed on its purchase from Ralph McBride’s Citygate Media. The sale for 450K was announced last August (8/7/07 RBR #153). Jody McCoy of Media Services Group gets the commission check from the sell side and John Pierce of John Pierce and Company for the buy side.
