Online political file mandate now includes all TV stations


FCCJuly 2 is the day the FCC rule requiring online records of who paid for political ads takes effect for every TV station nationwide.  The rule could have a big influence on the way campaigns compete and spend money, PACs and members of the general public who are interested in campaign finance, too.
