A report from the National Association of Realtors that home sales increased in February was welcomed on Wall Street. The Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 46 points, or 0.4%, to 10,974. Broadcasting stocks joined in the advance.
The RBR Radio Index was up 4.060, or 1.6%, to 264.184.
The TVBR Television Index was up 4.575, or 2.7%, to 174.049.
