Powered by the third-season premiere of “The Secret Life of the American Teenager” and the series launch of “Pretty Little Liars,” as well as  the network premiere of “Toy Story 2,” ABC Family recorded best-ever June deliveries in Prime in Total Viewers (1.4 million), Adults 18-34 (362,000), Adults 18-49 (637,000) and Viewers 12-34 (611,000) – and with all three key female targets – posting double-digit percent gains over year-ago levels across all key categories: by 26% in Adults 18-34 (362,000 vs. 287,000), by 14% in Adults 18-49 (637,000 vs. 560,000) and by 25% in Viewers 12-34 (611,000 vs. 489,000).

ABC Family ranked as the month’s No. 2 cable network in Prime in Females 12-34 (417,000). Furthermore, ABC Family wrapped as a Top 5 cable network in Prime in Women 18-34 (No. 3 – 241,000), Viewers 12-34 (No. 4 – 611,000), Adults 18-34 (No. 5 – 362,000) and Women 18-49 (No. 5 – 410,000), and secured a Top-10 finish in Total Viewers (No. 8).

The June 8 debut of “Pretty Little Liars” (6/8/10) marked the net’s No. 1 series debut ever in Adults 18-34 (837,000), Women 18-34 (657,000), Viewers 12-34 (1.7 million), Females 12-34 (1.5 million), Teens (904,000) and Female Teens (853,000).

ABC Family’s network premiere of “Toy Story 2” (6/6/10) stood as the No. 1 movie on all ad-supported cable for the month of June in Adults 18-34 (808,000), Women 18-34 (543,000) and Viewers 12-34 (1.3 million).

Powered by the Net’s top 2 original series of all time, “The Secret Life of the American Teenager” and “Pretty Little Liars,” along with high performing movies like “Toy Story 2” and the premiere of ABC Family original movie “Beauty & the Briefcase,” 2Q10 wrapped as ABC Family’s most-watched 2Q in the Net’s history in Prime across all key demos, including: Adults 18-34 (303,000), Women 18-34 (194,000), Adults 18-49 (556,000), Women 18-49 (345,000), Viewers 12-34 (489,000) and Females 12-34 (318,000). 

ABC Family grew its quarterly Prime audience year to year across the board, including by 9% in Total Viewers (1.2 million vs. 1.1 million), by 13% in Adults 18-34 (303,000 vs. 268,000), by 11% in Adults 18-49 (556,000 vs. 501,000) and by 11% in Viewers 12-34 (489,000 vs. 440,000).

Furthermore, ABC Family ranked among the Top 5 cable networks in Teens (No. 4 – 186,000) and Female Teens (No. 3 – 124,000).
 
Hit original series “The Secret Life of the American Teenager” ranked as 2Q10’s No. 1 cable series in Viewers 12-34 (2.1 million) and Females 12-34 (1.7 million) and the No. 1 scripted cable series in Women 18-34 (955,000).

ABC Family’s newest original series, “Pretty Little Liars,” stood as cable’s No. 1 series for the quarter among Teens (926,000) and Female Teens (846,000).
 
Premiere of original movie “Beauty & the Briefcase” (4/18/10) was the quarter’s No.1 ad-supported cable movie in Women 18-49 (1.1 million), Women 18-34 (677,000), and Females 12-34 (1.1 million).
