Oscar gives ABC a big week

The Academy Awards were the most watched show on television this past week, which carried ABC to a win in the Household ratings. Fox, however, still managed to claim the 18-49 demo as “American Idol” rolled on.


In HH ABC scored an average 6.4 share and 11 share. CBS was at 6.3/11, Fox 5.6/10, NBC 3.2/5, Univision 1.8/3, CW 1.2/2, Ion 0.8/1, Telemundo 0.6/1, TeleFutura 0.4/1 and Azteca America and EstrellaTV 0.1/0.

In 18-49 Fox was at 3.6/10, ABC 3.3/9, CBS 2.3/7, NBC 1.5/4, Univision 1.4/4, CW 0.9/2, Telemundo 0.5/1, Ion 0.4/1, TeleFutura 0.3/1 and EstrellaTV and Azteca America 0.1/0.
