The outdoor advertising company previously known as CBS Outdoor, OUTLOOK Media, has added five years to its agreement with Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA), with an option for two more.
MARTA operates bus routes and a 38-station rail system and is the #8 mass transit system in the US in terms of ridership.
The pact is expected to generate at least $25M in advertising revenue for MARTA.
“We have a strong commitment to the public transportation business, and are excited that both OUTFRONT Media and MARTA will reap the benefits of this growing market. We are delighted to continue this relationship,” said OUTFRONT CEO Jeremy Male.
Some of the company’s other large market mass transit clients are entities in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, and Washington DC.
