An eLearning company based in the Kansas City suburb of Overland Park, Kan., that focuses on being the broadcast industry’s “first preference” for fun, simplified online training has named its first President.
As of January 1, Brian Marriott has ascended from VP/Marketing and Sales to the position of President at P1 Learning.
He’s charged with leading P1 Learning’s day-to-day operations and ensuring the company’s future success.
“In the 10 years he has been a part of the company, P1 Learning has experienced tremendous growth in both the number of products we make available and the client base we serve,” said Speed Marriott, co-owner and CEO.
The Marriotts are teaming up after Bryan Marriott lead the marketing and sales efforts for some 26 state broadcasters associations. His contributions to campaigns and programs include the P1 Futures Program, a two-week pop-up course designed to draw college students to broadcast media.
“We are proud to be looking to the future with Bryan as our President and leader,” said Katey McGuckin-Woolam, co-owner and COO of P1 Learning.
P1 Learning offers “a fully customizable curriculum” covering topics such as management, sales, customer service, and business skills.
