The companies involved in the proposed Charter-Time Warner Cable-Bright House Networks transaction want some of their business information to remain private.
So the FCC has issued a protective order, which protects sensitive information given to the commission while allowing a review of that information by third-parties commenting on the proposed deal as the FCC and DOJ conduct their review.
