Looking to expand its holdings and revenue streams, Pandora plans to buy Ticketfly.
The company provides ticketing and marketing software for some 1,200 concert venues and event promoters.
Pandora CEO Brian McAndrews calls the move a game-changer for both music and the Internet audio company, because the move will make it easier to connect listeners to events.
