Bankrupt Pappas Telecasting has found a buyer for KHMV-CA, a Class A television station licensed to Houston TX. The buyer, Uniglobe Central America Network LLC, is headed by Jose and Sandy Trinidad. It will pay $750K for the station, with $200K due in cash at closing and the rest accounted for via promissory note. The station has been silent since 11/13/09. Pappas will apply to flash cut the Channel 28 facility from analog to digital service and pay legal, engineering and other expenses to that end.
