WBZ-AM Boston announced that overnight talk host Paul Sullivan died Sunday at age 50, following a battle with melanoma. His last show was June 28th, as he decided then to turn his full attention to his health and family. Sullivan had joined the WBZ lineup in 1999, taking over the 8:00 pm to midnight slot following the death of David Brudnoy. Before that he’d been behind the mic for a decade at WLLH-AM Lowell, MA and was a columnist and political editor at the Lowell Sun.
