TV series Nick Stellino Cooking with Friends is currently airing on the public television stations across the USA and Canada. The project marks his 15th anniversary on national television out of KCTS-TV Seattle. Now he’s readying an April 2011 launch of his new series, “Nick Stellino Cooking with Friends II.”
Each half-hour episode features two simple and elegant recipes demonstrated step-by-step. In the series, Nick shares his kitchen with many fine chefs from across the country: Rick Moonen (RM Seafood, Las Vegas); Jason Wilson (Crush, Seattle); Gale Gand (Tru, Chicago); John Tesar (Dallas Restaurant Group, Dallas), Michael Galata (Osteria del Circo, NYC); Kevin Rathbun (Rathbun’s, Atlanta); Maria Hines (Tilth, Seattle); and more.
