Ira Rosenblatt’s WS2K Radio is selling its Coatesville AM station to a religious group, which plans on taking the station into the non-profit world. The station is WCOJ, and the buyer, Holy Spirit Radio Foundation is getting it for $800K cash. The Foundation is headed by Dale and Jane Meier. The contract includes a non-compete in which Rosenblatt agrees to avoid any involvement in Christian radio within 25 miles of WCOJ for the next five years.
