Force Broadcasting, which is related to veteran radio group Gore-Overgaard Broadcasting, is picking up an AM station in Phoenix AZ. The seller is Arthur Liu’s Multicultural Radio Broadcasting. According to broker John Pierce, who represented the buyer, the price is $1.5M cash. An LMA is scheduled to kick off 1/26/09.
