George Laughlin’s GAP Broadcasting is getting its fourth and final FM in the Victoria TX market. It was once an Arbitron market, but is no longer, requiring a contour overlap study to prove that KTXN-FM could become a stablemate with the group’s three other FMs. The seller, John Tibiletti’s Broadcast Equities Texas, will pick up $1.15M cash. An LMA will put it under GAP’s control prior to closing. The other three stations in the market are KIXS-FM, KQVT-FM & KLUB-FM.
