Bilbat Radio is hanging on to WHHO-AM in Hornell NY, but it will accept $600K for sister WKPQ-FM in the same community. The buyer is PRG LLC, formed by Kevin White, Terrence Giles, Jeff Aldrich and Mark Labanoski. $25K will be considered a credit toward transactional costs, and the rest will be paid pursuant to a promissory note. Hornell is in the western portion of New York state, west of Elmira, east of Jamestown and south of Rochester without being near any of them.
