We knew that Educational Media Foundation has a deal in place to acquire the three 92.7 MHz stations of the Amaturo Group, and now we know how much the stations are going to cost.
The stations are KLST-FM Fountain Valley, KLSN-FM Adelanto and KLSI-FM Thousand Oaks.
The price will be $8,788,500. EMF is putting $439,425 into escrow, paying an additional $1,669,075 in cash at closing, and covering the remaining $6,650,000 via a promissory note.
An LMA began 12/1/12.

KLST-FM Fountain Valley uses 610 W @ 690’, and covers areas south of Los Angeles proper, hitting locations such as Huntington Beach and Anaheim.
KLSN-FM Adelanto, with 280 W @ 1,473’, serves Victorville-Apple Valley in the High Desert area.
KLSI-FM, licensed for 3.1 kW @ 463’, is northwest of Los Angeles proper, reaching as far as Oxnard.
