For the third year, PRISA is renewing its commitment to further advancement towards a more sustainable world in collaboration with WWF and its “Earth Hour”, the biggest event of global participation against climate change.
Earth Hour will be held 3/26, starting at 8:30 pm local time, when a billion people from the seven continents, including Antarctica, will turn off the lights in their homes, businesses, municipalities, famous monuments, schools and universities.
PRISA supports this global event and launches a major campaign that involves all the countries where it operates and every platform: television, radio, newspapers and internet.
In the U.S., the awareness countdown campaign will run until the 26th on the group’s radio stations in the country – WSUA Radio Caracol 1260 AM in Miami and XEWW W Radio 690 AM in Los Angeles and San Diego – as well as in the programs produced by GLR Networks for its affiliated stations.
