Pro and Consumer Audio Unity In The U.K.

0

It’s no secret that the worlds of pro and consumer audio are converging. As such, some of the world biggest technology companies have committed to participating at an annual event that brings together representatives from the music industry, streaming audio companies and the two dominant smartphone makers.

Perhaps a U.S. radio industry executive should be present, too.

In its fifth year, the Audio Collaborative event from Britain-based Futuresource Consulting is “for the first time” congregating industry heavyweights from “the two colliding worlds” of professional and consumer audio to discuss the technology and market drivers that are blurring the lines between these sectors.

The event is scheduled as a daylong event on November 8 in London, England, at the Ham Yard Hotel — steps from Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus.

  • The Home & Personal Audio Market in Numbers – The facts and technology drivers.
