Univision is expanding a refi facility, and according to Moody’s Investors Service, it’s a solid move with no impact on the Hispanic leader’s rating or outlook. And that’s a good thing.
The company is adding 10-year senior secured notes due in 2025 to an existing facility due two years earlier.
