The multimedia company with two cable TV channels and a host of radio stations superserving African-Americans, in addition to a large casino resort just to the south of Washington, D.C., will release its third quarter results on Nov. 7.
Urban One will be holding a conference call for investors, analysts and other interested parties to discuss its results for the third fiscal quarter of 2019 at 10am Eastern on that date.
The earnings call will be the first for its new Chief Information Officer. On Oct. 16, Urban One announced that Tony Spinelli — a cyberspace technology veteran — will manage all aspects of Urban One’s technology infrastructure.
Spinelli previously led Fractal Industries, a digital startup focused on delivering analytic insights and data science to solve complex technology challenges at scale and real-time through digital concepts and cloud-based delivery. Prior to this role, he served as a Capital One Financial Corporation SVP.
