Broadcasting PirateAn FM pirate operating in the reserved band of the famous New York City borough of Queens is walking the plank. The FCC has hit him with a double-dose of its standard penalty.

Normally, FM piracy carries a $10,000 price tag for the guilty,in this case Luis Angel Ayora.
