Queens Pirate Walks the Plank


Broadcasting PirateLuis Angel Ayora was warned repeatedly to stay off of the airwaves, says the FCC, but continued to operate in the Queens portion of New York City. And now it’ll cost him.

Ayora was operating in what is the upper reaches of the reserved band, on 91.9 MHz.
