Radio Executive Brad LaRock Passes

LaRock passed away suddenly on May 18 aged 60. At the time of his death he was Director of Advertising for a large senior community in the Dallas area. An industry veteran with on-air, programming, sales, and management experience, LaRock was born in West St. Paul, Minn., and graduated from Brown College with a broadcast degree.


At various times he was employed by Nielsen, Townsquare Media, and CBS Radio, and was on the board of the Texas Association of Broadcasters. For the past 17 years he has been a familiar voice and face as in-stadium announcer and host for the Dallas Cowboys at AT&T Stadium. His legacy includes a record of successful stations and a large group of industry friends and clients.

LaRock leaves behind a wife and young children. His oldest son, Brady LaRock, is an AE at 103.5 The Fan Dallas.
