Old-Timey-RadioItems from around the radio dial: Rep firm Tacher has inked a deal with a New England radio group; Beasley is handing out a dividend; Cumulus New York radio talent is taking home three Gracie Awards; and funeral arrangements have been made for the late Terry Dorsey, most recently of Cumulus Dallas.


* Rep firm Tacher has made a significant signing, providing its services to Northeast Broadcasting. The group’s 14 stations are located in Vermont, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts, with outposts in the Burlington, Montpelier , Lebanon, Concord, and Worcester.

* Radio group Beasley will divide and prosper. A dividend of $0.045 per share will be paid 4/10/15 to shareholders of record as of 3/31/15.

* Cumulus New York’s Rita Crosby of WABC is taking home not one but two Gracie Awards from the Alliance for Women in Media Foundation, the second of which is shared with Pat Kiernan. Kelly Ford of WNSH gives the company a third honoree.

* Funeral arrangements have been made for late legend Terry Dorsey, known for his work for Cumulus in Dallas and at numerous other stations and markets. The private service is set for Saturday 3/14/15.
