A series of radio deals coming down the pike in Dothan AL involve four deals, seven FM stations, two sellers and three buyers. The bulk of the stations are coming from Magic Broadcasting, and Southeast Alabama Broadcasters is the biggest buyer. And oh yeah, one of the buyers is also one of the sellers.
According to brokerage Media Venture Partners, which represented Magic, here’s what’s going down:
* WTVY-FM and WKMX-FM are going from Magic to Gulf South Communications
* WBBK-FM is going from Magic to Alabama Media Investments
* WJRL-FM and WLDA-FM are going from Magic to Southeast Alabama Broadcasters
* WDBT-FM and WESP-FM are going from Gulf South Communications to Southeast Alabama Broadcasters
