Performance Rights – RBR-TVBR continues to be in front of the most critical issue facing the Radio Business today: Performance Rights. And now with the issue of an FM Chip in smartphones the consumer side and all involved are fighting back.

RBR-TVBR has put together a list of PRA related articles from RBR.com to bring you up to speed on this important radio and business financial issue to hit radio in the last ten years.

RBR-TVBR observation: The PRA issue has exploded and it has many moving parts. It will not and can not be resolved with everyone from the NAB to the CEA to the CTIA and Performers along with Congress tossing mud at each other.  Each sector of business involved is only looking out for their own best money interest.

Bad move on everyone’s part. It is time to breath into a brown paper bag, gather the logical data and sit down like business people to resolve the issue to where everyone will share in the rewards going forward. It is always about the MONEY.

Time to read and leave your comments on these reports. Don’t take an idle stand
