Arbitron announced that it will expand its annual Urban Sales Clinic geared towards helping sales managers and senior sellers get the most out of their station’s Diary as well as Portable People Meter ratings. The clinics will be held back-to-back over two-days on September 30 and October 1, 2008 at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta.
On Tuesday, September 30, the Arbitron Radio Diary clients will learn about the new enhancements to the Diary service, how to make the most out of the data, and how to use the new qualitative insights gained from the market and consumer questions asked in the Arbitron Diary.
On Wednesday, October 1, the second clinic will focus on PPM service. Topics will include how to make the most out of PPM ratings, how to make a smooth transition from Diary to PPM, and how agencies view PPM.
