A small town AM started working with local farmers and creameries to donate unused milk normally served with school lunches. That resulted in the production of cheese curds — something “that turned into quite the success story” that prompted RBR+TVBR Editor-in-Chief Adam R Jacobson to talk about “Cheeseheads” and the loss of Wisconsin’s sports action in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.
