With Fox’s “American Idol” and ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars” each moving closer to the crowning of a winner, the two reality competition shows trounced their own competition to easily claim the top four positions (two each) for total viewership and Household ratings for the past week.
CBS, however, still managed to claim the HH ratings title with its lineup dominated by scripted dramas, scoring an overall 5.9 rating and 10 share. ABC was next at 5.3/9, then Fox 5.2/9, NBC 3.9/7, Univision 1.9/3, CW 1.3/2, MyNetworkTV 1.0/2, Telemundo 0.6/1, Ion 0.4/1, TeleFutura 0.3/1 and Azteca America 0.1/0.
For the key 18-49 demo, it was Fox, ABC, CBS, NBC, Univision, CW, Telemundo, MyNetworkTV, TeleFutura and a tie by Ion and Azteca America.
