The movies and more channel’s new schedule starts with the action miniseries “10.5” and hit sitcoms Coach and Spin City joining the daytime lineup. “10.5” is one of three miniseries airing this season. It begins 10/2, followed by “The Kennedys” 11/6 and “The Pillars of the Earth” on 12/4.
“10.5” gives viewers a spectacular look at a magnitude 10.5 earthquake destroying Seattle and setting off a chain reaction of increasingly devastating aftershocks across the world. “10.5” airs Sunday, 10/2 with part one starting at 8pm ET and at 8pm PT. The two-hour conclusion airs Monday, 10/3 at 8pm ET and at 8pm PT.
“The Kennedys” has all eight episodes airing in primetime over eight nights starting at 8pm ET and at 8pm PT.
On 12/4, another makes its debut with all nine episodes of “The Pillars of the Earth” airing over eight nights starting at 8pm ET and at 8pm PT.
On Monday, 10/3, two sitcoms join the daytime lineup: Coach and Spin City. Back to back episodes of Coach air every weekday starting at 10am ET/ 7am PT with an additional episode weekdays at 2pm PT/ 11am PT. In Coach, Craig T. Nelson plays university football coach Hayden Fox who is trying to get his bumbling team on track while dealing with the two headstrong women in his life.
Spin City also joins the every day of the week with two back-to-back episodes starting at 11am ET/ 8am PT and two more episodes starting at 4pm ET/1pm PT on weekdays. Saturday and Sundays get back-to-back episodes starting at 1pm ET/ 10am PT. If you remember, in Spin City a NYC Deputy Mayor (Michael J. Fox), supported by an unusual staff, must constantly bail out the Mayor (Barry Bostwick) who never knows what is going on.
