Bonneville International Corp. President and CEO Bruce Reese will chair the search committee to find a successor to NAB President and CEO David Rehr.
Rehr’s resignation under pressure was announced early this month.
“In accordance with NAB by-laws, Reese – as NAB Immediate Past Joint Board Chairman – will serve as chairman of the search committee, which will include current members of the NAB Executive Committee. An open slot on the Radio Board Executive Committee will be filled prior to the Search Committee convening its first meeting,” said a statement from the organization as NAB Joint Board Chair Jack Sander formally announced that Reese will lead the search for a new President and CEO.
Sander recently assured RBR/TVBR in an interview that NAB staffers and key board members will make sure the industry’s positions are well represented on Capitol Hill while the organization’s top executive post is being filled.
