Reliable American Idol keeps Fox on top of Wednesday

The ratings engine that is American Idol continues to show signs of wear and tear, but not nearly so much as to allow a rival net into the lead on a Tuesday or Wednesday. CW rose to 3rd place in the pre-Idol 8PM slot.
