Strong March sales reports from major retailers put Wall Street traders in a buying mood. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 30 points, or 0.3%, to 10,927. Broadcasting stocks joined in the advance.
The RBR Radio Index was up 7.395, or 2.8%, to 273.355.
The TVBR Television Index was up 2.282, or 1.3%, to 177.278.
