Britton is America’s leading expert on the new consumer (Gen Y & Z), having consulted for over half of the Fortune 500 over the past two decades. In 2002 Britton founded MRY, a digital and social media marketing services agency, which he would grow from a
one-person startup to a global powerhouse.
In 2011, MRY was acquired by the Publicis Groupe.
In 2016, Britton joined CrowdTap as CEO, and in 2017 Crowdtap was renamed Suzy.
