NASHVILLE — The Radio Music License Committee on Wednesday (6/15) filed a petition for the determination of reasonable license fees against two of the biggest AM and FM royalty payment recipients in a consolidated proceeding before a single judge in a New York Federal District Court.
RMLC, headed by Bill Velez, wants fair payments for Radio with respect to artists and music tied to ASCAP and BMI.
The two groups slammed RMLc for the action.
