Talk Radio Network’s Rusty Humphries has partnered with JoinTheTeaParty.US, a non-profit national recruiting engine for the tea party movement, and Liberty In America, a non-profit org. encouraging citizens to get involved and help downsize the federal government, organizing and hosting local tea party rallies in conjunction with the show’s affiliates across the nation.
Humphries most recent Tea Party rally appearances have included stops in Atlanta, GA with WGST, a rally in Las Vegas, NV with KDOX AM/FM, a rally near Pittsburgh at Bushy Run Battlefield, PA and then the final leg of the tour; The 9/12 Taxpayer March on DC. All of the scheduled events drew impressive crowds supporting JoinTheTeaParty.US. The 9/12 Taxpayer March was held Sunday was organized by FreedomWorks, Tea Party Patriots, National Taxpayers Union, The Institute for Liberty and other free market groups from around the country.
Humphries participated in The 9/12 Taxpayer March on DC organized by Freedom Works to protest big government and support lower taxes, less government and more freedom. Humphries was also the keynote speaker on, September 11th at the Tea Party Rally in Bushy Run Battlefield, PA, near Pittsburgh.
Additional tea party tour stops with Humphries are anticipated for October and will be announced as soon as schedules are finalized. Humphries airs live 9 p.m. – Midnight ET (6 p.m. – 9 p.m. PT) with secondary feeds Midnight – 3 a.m. ET (9 p.m. – Midnight PT).
