A deal to acquire an FM out of bankruptcy is giving Saga Communications its 5th station and 3rd FM in the Ithaca NY market. But it’s not yet a done deal.
The station in question is WFIZ-FM Odessa NY. The deal also includes three FM translators licensed to Ithaca. The price will be $715K cash.
