Ave Maria Communications of Ann Arbor, Michigan (“Seller”) and Northern States Broadcasting Corporation of Chicago, Illinois (“Buyer”) have entered into an agreement for the sale of radio station WHHQ, AM 1250, Bridgeport, Michigan for $175,000.
Jon Yinger of Broadcast Properties LLC served as the exclusive broker representing both buyer and seller in this transaction.
