CEO Ed Atsinger has a new employment agreement with Salem Media Group.
His current contract was due to expire June 30 so the board approved a new one on Monday.
It begins July 1 and continues to June 30, 2019, according to an SEC filing.
Atsinger will receive a base salary of $980,000 in the first year, $985,000 in the second year and $995,000 in the third. He’s also eligible for an annual merit bonus at the board’s discretion
