An asset purchase agreement dated June 2 and filed with the FCC sought Commission approval of the sale by Intelli LLC, headed by Tron Dinh Do, of an AM radio station back to the company that said goodbye to the facility in May 2018.
Now, that long-awaited affirmative nod has come from the Commission. However, there will be some power restrictions once Salem Media Group gains control of the station.
