Sales Academy expands

Meredith and Post Newsweek Stations have joined founders Belo, Hearst-Argyle Television and LIN TV in the 2008 Media Sales Academy. The comprehensive sales academy will be conducted in three phases at Belo’s corporate offices in Dallas from July through November, providing high-level training to approximately 35 recently hired broadcast sales professionals from each of the five companies. The group has hired Noll and Associates to lead the training session. The Media Sales Academy was established in 2000 by Belo, Hearst-Argyle and LIN.
