Jeff Chang has several low power television stations, and now is planning to add his first full-power operation to his group. The station is KUNO-TV Fort Bragg, in the San Francisco DMA.

The station is one of the former Pappas Telecasting stations bought by New World TV in 2009. It’s licensed to TTBG/KUNO License Sub, the TTBG of which refers to Titan Broadcasting. The group will retain another station, KTNC-TV, in the San Francisco market.

The price is $100K cash.

Chang has two LPTVs licensed to Victorville CA, two in Hawaii, and one each in Santa Rosa CA, Lucerne Valley CA and Ocean City MD.
