Cherry Creek Radio, which O&Os 60 stations in small and mid-sized markets in the western US, announced it has agreed with certain funds advised by Sankaty Advisors, LLC to restructure the company and its balance sheet. Sankaty Advisors is the independently-managed credit affiliate of Bain Capital, LLC.
