MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough takes to the radio airwaves today. He and Mika Brzezinski will continue their “Morning Joe” show from the cable network for two more hours daily on Citadel’s WABC-AM New York, 10 am to noon, filling the gap between Don Imus and Rush Limbaugh. The spot had most recently been filled by material from Curtis Sliwa’s overnight show. According to the New York Times, Scarborough, a former conservative Republican congressman, and Brzezinski, a veteran TV journalist, hope to take their radio show nationwide in 2009.
