Jeffrey A. Marks, President/GM of WDBJ-TV in Roanoke-Lynchburg, expressed both surprise and disappointment at the FCC’s heavy-handed punishment for an inadvertent and unfortunate three-seconds of broadcast air time. The station is definitely planning an appeal.
