Heidrick & Struggles has been named by the Television Bureau of Advertising’s executive board to conduct the search for the new TVB president. Heidrick & Struggles has been a provider of senior-level executive search and leadership consulting services for over 50 years, including talent management, board building, executive on-boarding and M&A effectiveness.
It was announced last month that Chris Rohrs, president of the Television Bureau of Advertising since 2000, will depart the organization at the end of 2009. Mr. Rohrs had come to the association after a 20-year career with Post-Newsweek Stations.
TVB was formed in 1954 and Rohrs is its eighth president.
