Wall Street remained stuck in neutral for a second straight day, although there was some late excitement as Goldman Sachs settled litigation with the SEC over its marketing of mortgage-backed securities. The Dow Jones Industrial Average was down seven points to 10,359. The S&P 500 was up a bit and the Nasdaq Composite down a bit. Broadcasting stocks had a down day.
The RBR Radio Index was down 8.657, or 3%, to 281.560.
The TVBR Television Index was down 1.786, or 1%, to 186.262.
